PLEASE NOTE: Should any provision and/or condition and/or term of this Agreement be breached by the Applicant, GSP Rescue SA has the right, in its sole discretion, to confiscate the adopted dog.
This contract must be completed together with the GSP Rescue SA Adoption Agreement if it was decided not to have the dog sterilised / neutered prior to the adoption and handover of the dog. Such a decision can only be made by GSP Rescue SA and must be communicated in writing.
